Bibles and BBQ Ministries

How it Started

Bibles and BBQ Ministries was founded by Jon Harris and his wife Dana.  For those that do know Jon, they know also that he loves to serve folks through smoked BBQ.
 
In 2024, Jon started to ask himself how he and Dana could use his love of BBQ to serve local communities. After lots of thought, prayer, they felt God was leading them to create a nonprofit organization that could partner with the local (Denver Metro/North Front Range) shelters, sober living groups, and communities to serve those that are less fortunate BBQ at no cost.

Bibles and BBQ Ministries goal is more than this. John 15:12 states, "Love each other as I have loved you." We aim to show these folks love, pray with them, provide them a Bible, and build lasting relationships.
